Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to this question and there are many determining factors. Here are a couple of things to consider:

• Do you want heat from the gas logs?
• How large is your fireplace opening?
• Would you like to operate the logs with a remote?
• Do you have access to natural gas or propane?

All of these things can greatly impact the overall cost of gas logs.

There are many differences between vented and vent-free gas logs. The short answer is that vented gas logs are a decorative appliance and vent free gas logs are a heat efficient appliance. However, there are many factors to consider when making your selection. Vented gas logs provide you with a very realistic fire but require a fully functional chimney. Vent Free gas logs appear slightly less realistic, but do not require a chimney. We always suggest visiting our showroom to see both options in person and allow us to provide more information, before making your final decision.

Quite possibly, but we will first need to know the kind of fireplace that you have. There are several types of gas fireplace and we do not service all of them, as we may not have access to any and all parts. However, there are few ways to narrow down the kind of fireplace that you may have.

• Is there a fixed glass in the front of the fireplace?
• Is it part of a brick and mortar chimney?
• Do you burn the logs with the damper open or closed?

We strive to provide service to as many people as possible, but if it is not something that we work on, we will be happy to direct you to someone that can.

We know that it can be very frustrating to spend hundreds of dollars every few years on a grill, only to find out later that parts are rusting and cannot be replaced. We work diligently to provide our customers with many options for investment grills that will last anywhere from 15 years to a lifetime. Also, all of our grill manufacturers allow us quick and easy access to replacement parts, should the need ever arise.

In most cases, it is certainly an option to run an outdoor grill off the natural gas connected to your home. If you already own the grill, you will want to make sure that a conversion kit is made for your specific model. If you do not currently own a grill, we have many grill options that can be ordered in either natural gas or propane. Also, we can run the gas line from your home to the grill!

Absolutely! All of our outdoor furniture is special order to fit your exact needs. You will be able to choose everything from the seating arrangement, frame finish and cushion fabric to ensure that you will love the furniture for many years to come!

It depends on the cushion. When shopping for patio furniture, it is important to look for not only outdoor fabric, but also to make the cushion be made for the outdoors as well. All of the cushioned furniture that we carry contains hydrophobic foam which never gets soaking wet. Even after a heavy downpour, you can stand the cushions upright and they will be dry in about 20 minutes.

Our service call fee is $150/hour for gas logs and $175/hour for direct vent fireplaces.
